During the month of October, HHS counselors are visiting all social studies classes to talk about Transcripts, GPA and a new program available for students called Schoolinks. This program will help students research careers, colleges and assist in senior preparation for life after high school.

TUTORIAL INFORMATION
Please email your teacher for his/her tutoring schedule. We encourage communication with teachers to ensure students are on track in each class. Counselors are happy to support students in staying on track to earn their credit, but ultimately teachers know the most about what coursework is currently missing for students, major deadlines coming up, and performance of each student in their classroom.

CREDIT RECOVERY
Students who have failed a semester/year of a core class (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) should speak with their counselor about the opportunity to make up these credits through our before/after school credit recovery program. We use an online self-paced program that students can work on here at school and from home (except for tests) to complete these credits. We encourage students to take advantage of this opportunity to avoid having to pay for summer school. Seniors who still have credits left to make up for graduation are considered "off track" and will not be allowed off periods in their schedule until they are finished with these credits.
